Call from 877-585-5974. There was a live person on the line. It was a phone survey.
Caller: Pacific Market Research. Calling on behalf of: Pacific Market Research.

I want these people to stop calling my house. I am on the national do not call list and continue to receive calls from these people. When you call them to request that they remove your number, they tell you to type in remove pacific market research.com and then you still cannot find the place to remove your name. Tell me what is wrong with this!!!!! These calls are harassments and should not be allowed. Will some one tell me how to get through to these people? Some people go to bed at 9:00 pm and if the phone is ringing constantly with this mess, who can sleep!!!!

Call from 877-585-5974. There was a fax tone on the line. It was a phone survey.
Calling on behalf of: pacific market.

I will give you detail. My husband is gravely ill and does not need 7 hang ups from your company in one day. Is this friendly enough. Shame on you.

They called me on 6/12/2014 claiming to be from Puget Sound Energy (PSE) wanting to do a survey about my dealings with Customer Service of Puget Sound Energy. This really upset me. PSE had no right to pass my number on to this "third party." Apparently, PSE doesn't care about the $9 million fine they paid in 2006 for the little scam they pulled about when you sign up for service, they claimed that they had to "verify" your address, when what they really did was pass you on to a junk mailer/telemarketer.

My machine picks up & I get "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Hang up & dial again, or call your operator to help. This is a recording." Then after that a long buzy signal until my machine finally stops it. VERY annoying!

On Saturday July 27, on Sunday July 28th and on Monday July 29th, 2013, this number called me between the hours of 1:19 PM and 5:38 PM. Their name showed as NOT PROVIDED on caller ID. Since I did not recognize the number, I never picked up the phone to tell them to take me off their calling list and to get lost. They let the phone ring four times and then hung up each time. I will need to report them to the FTC.

Called the number back and a recording states that it is a research company that does research for government and political entities, small businesses, and organizations. It continues to state that they are not covered under the DNC registry. However, if you would like removed from receiving further calls you should send an email to: remove@pacificmarketresearch.com and include the phone number where you have been receiving the calls. Of course you must allow 7 days for them to take your number off their list. I did send an email and I can say that I stated alot more then just to remove my number from their call list. Like even though they are not covered under the DNC list they still must abide by the rules that state once they have been notified, in writing, to remove the number they must do so. We will see if it works!!

Called Sunday & today and left nothing. Could be someone researching for a voice or an answer to give to someone else for info. (perhaps a debt collector or to get money out of you). It's the newest work at home type of business which is paid by % of amount collected.

Been calling for months and months; we don't answer, get recorder, they hang-up-leaves a loud peep. Disturbing. So answered once. Market Research. Asked not to call, then hung-up; they called back--when asked them not to call back several times--pretended not to hear it-then, starting laughing. Hung-up. Disturbing. How long will this continue?-it is stalking which is against the law in our state. ALR it is Sunday. Will file with the BI, Attorney General and FTC.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC because I received 3 calls on Sunday from this number, in addition to other calls on other days. I also intend to file with the attorney general of my state.

Have gotten many many calls from this number which I do not answer. Voicemail picks up end of message, which offers a free cruise to the Bahamas in exchange for answering a 30 second survey about the debt or economy can't recall which it is
